KGAGMOF HAS GIVEN A MEMORANDUM TO THE DISM DEMANDING PART TIME PhD AYURVEDA COURSE FOR MO'S

Madam,

         Sub- Permitting PhD Ayurveda course as part time

          The University of Kerala has  started Ph D in Ayurveda. The first entrance test was on march 2011 and second Entrance test was on October 2011. Seven Medical Officers of ISM department  are qualified for Doctorate studies through these two entrance examinations now. As part time Ph D is not allowed for our MOs, they are not able to straightly register now. Medical officers are to be recommended by the University Syndicate for part time enrollment. Already three medical officers got recommendation from syndicate. Again four are on the way of attaining it. Every time this process had to be done if ISM dept.doctors are qualified through the exam.

          KGAGMOF request you to forward a letter to the University of Kerala to allow the  Medical Officers of ISM dept for part time  Ph D enrollment. As you know ISM dept is known as a body that delivers Health care in a research oriented clinical approach in Kerala. The caliber of our new PhD holders will surely give a new voltage to the quality of ISM service in future.

            By considering these circumstances, we request you to recommend part time PhD Enrollment for our MOs in  University of Kerala.
